“Want for nothing -- and I mean nothing!” From the incredibly spacious and luxurious suites to the world class swimming pool to the on-site massage therapy sanctuaries to the full on-site gym with sauna, steam and soaking tub to the Epicurean theater to the on-site fruit, vegetable and herb garden to the meeting facilities and beyond -- all served up astride one of the most amazing views on St. John -- it's not only possible to spend several weeks here without the need to leave the grounds, it's actually desirable. Still, see the parks and head downtown for some amazing cuisine just to round out the stay. And enjoy one of the best support staffs on the island. Well done, all!

“Kallaloo is a peaceful, comfortable house to enjoy with friends” This was our fourth year at Kallaloo, and we have loved it. Until this year we shared it with dear friends who went off sailing in the Bahamas this year on their new boat. So we invited other friends and family to join us. We are moving to a different property next year, but it is not because we haven't thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kallaloo; it is just more than we can manage without regular partners. The location cannot be beat, and the house is well-equipped and comfortable. We will miss our friends, the bananakeets and the hummingbirds. It is a pleasure to deal with the folks at Catered To who are always pleasant and responsive.

“My happy place” A beautiful and well maintained villa with a breathtaking view of Coral Bay and the Francis Drake channel. Not the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay but still close to great restaurants in Coral Bay. Separate living and sleeping buildings isa great idea.

“St John is just the best little island around.” The villa is wide open, very spacious. Open the big doors and you let the cool breezes in. There are always breezes at Poi Pu. It's great to have your own pool right there, even if you have spent the day at the beach. It's close to town for shopping and dinning, but there is nothing like dinning right there on the deck with the breezes and all those stars. I will be going back it's just the best place to be with friends. Carol

“Best Place On Earth!!” Where do I begin... My husband and I were on our honeymoon. Dana and Jason were the best hosts-they gave you privacy, but if you need assistance they were always there to help. They made us feel at home in the HarmonySuite with happy smiles and open arms. We were given breakfast every morning-tastes of the Island foods- DELICIOUS ; ) It was amazing to see the iguanas that would come up to the deck to visit. The rooms were well-kept and well-stocked Dana and Jason have everything at your hands. The pictures don't lie the VIEWS were phenomenal-(I think I have a billion pictures of just the view) It was awesome to wake up and come home every day to the spectacular views. The pool/cabana and hot tub were extra touches to this fantastic getaway and are exclusively for your enjoyment . The people on the island are the best so sweet, helpful, and genuine-always great to be around, the beaches are jaw dropping we never wanted to get out- recommending COKI BEACH/ MAGENS BAY and night life was amazing recommending DUFFY'S LOVE SHACK/ SENOR FROGS (RED HOOK) all of this plus much more all located about 6-8 minutes away (car recommended). “Our vacation was wonderful.” This was my fourteenth trip to St. John, tenth stay at Rendezview, excellent as always. Island Getaways always does a great job. The island of St. John is a wonderful place, as with the people of St. John.

“Very Much Enjoyed The Villa” We didn't know what to expect arriving with two two-year olds and my wife, but we very much enjoyed the Villa. It is two bedrooms connected in the middle by the living room/dining area/kitchen. It was more than enough room for the four of us. Not sure if it could fit much more without having to use the middle area. Villa was nicely outfitted and had lots of extras such as deck chairs and a barbecue as well as beach towels and even sun screen. We went to the beach in the morning and then used the small pool in the afternoon -- which was perfect for young kids. Deck has a great view of grand cruz bay and you can spend all day under the shaded part. The bedrooms are air conditioned but not the main part -- we didn't mind because we just kept the screen doors open. It is just beyond the Westin -- so we drove into town and to the beaches with a rental car which you will definitely need. The villa is on a hill -- very steep so you basically have to drive everywhere which is the one down side. We also bought our food on St. Thomas at the Cost-U-Less (Costco equivalent) which saved us a lot of money. It was a great vacation and we would go back.

“Coqui was perfect for a family of 4 w/2 adult sons - also great” Beautiful, open air common space with stunning views and very tasteful furnishings. Spacious master bedroom and bath, well equipped kitchen, very private second and third bedrooms on lower level opposite pool. Property exceptionally well maintained, great location in Chocolate Hole. Would definitely rent this house again.

“Spring Break in the islands!!!” Vista Caribe was perfect for us! Had everything we could have imagined and incredible views. We had 8 adults on our trip, 6 of which were making their first trip to St. John. Could not have gone better and we will be back. Thank you to Catered To for doing an excellent job!

“A great place for a rugged tropical adventure.” I did not approve of the service people (landscaping, maid service-multiple times including right before the wedding) showing up and entering the home when they did. It was inappropriate and uncomfortable to come home to people in the house. Then having them stay for an hour or more left me feeling uneasy to leave the house. For the cost of the home there should be absolutely no interuptions unless there is an emergency.

“very nice” We had a great time at island rider with our family. The house is very clean and modern, and the views are spectacular. The only issue I would say is the air conditioning. In the master bedroom it doesn't get much cooler then the mid 70's which makes it hard to sleep, I was there 2 years prior and it was the same issue. Also the main living area has no ac which wasn't horrible because we went in the winter, but I can not imagine what it would be like once the weather gets warmer. Once you start cooking and people are in there- the ocean breeze does very little to cool it down. One other issue was the water in the showers it was luke warm at best and would not get any hotter. I give it 4 stars- if they worked out these issues- especially the aC it would be 5 stars, but having to deal with the heat indoors takes away the 5th star which is reserved for those properties that don't try to save money on air conditioning. Overall- it is a great place and very beautiful- the management company is very accommodating and they keep the house very well.

“Extraordinary home with ever changing views” Our group of six has been traveling to Usvi for 6 years. We have worked with Catered To for four of those years and they are the best. In the planning stages for this trip my conversations with Catered To were very helpful. They weren't just interested in renting any property, they wanted us to have the best possible experience. This is our first stay at La Bella Vita and we give it an a+ rating. The views were magnificent especially in the mornings when the sun was coming up and in the evenings during sundown. The colors and the views were constantly changing. They can't be described. The villa was very comfortable and stocked with all the amenities that we needed. We would have liked to see more lounge chairs around the pool and more comfortable outdoor furniture but overall it is on our list as a return property.

“Just what we needed” We had 3 couples stay here but could have had 4 and still had plenty of privacy. Our stay could not have gone smoother. Would definetly stay here again.

“Last beautiful trip to St.John” I can't say enough about Esprit or the Catered To staff, they were there when we needed them and not when we didn't. Because of my wife's illness we probably spent more time at the villa than most guests. The views from all the decks is unmatched by any place we have ever stayed. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool or lounging on the main deck. My wife, Donna, and I met on St. John in 1978 and have had a few trips back since then but this, our final trip was by far the most memorable. Donna passed away on December 6th and our stay at Esprit will always have a special place in my heart. She was so thrilled to be able to make one more trip and I am very grateful to the people at Catered To for making that possible.
