“Loved renting unit 209 at Vantage Point” This property is a ski in ski out property. Totally remodeled with everything you need. We were also very happy with Berkshire Hathaway. We will rent this unit again in the future.

“The week was a most awesome experience.” the weather could not have been any more georgous. this was our 1st time in 392, but everything was perfect. Perdido Resort was vey accomidating. J.D. was quite friendly and helpful. the only thing i would want to suggest about the condo would be they need to put some type drapes on the bedroom windows. I am a sun worshiper so the beach was the best I have experienced.

“Quiet” I came to clear my head, I wanted quiet and peaceful and that's just what I got. I was a little surprised at how quiet the town was but it was cool and off season. I was alone but felt very safe. The condo was comfortable and the view was awesome. The next time I return, I would hope to have a partner, it would be a lovely place for a couple to spend a week together.

“Beautiful view” My spouses ended up in the ER so our stay was not as planned but the accommodation was fine, the weather good and the view/beach wonderful.

“More than wonderful !” My eldest son recommended Perdido Sun. I was taking the boys to Perdido Cye since 1988. My last visit was prior to " Ivan". I was so impressed by the rebuiling. Your property was just what my son from Germany and I were looking for a short vacation. From the managment to the condo was " Great, friendly and helpful". Our visit was wonderful. “A very good value” The perdido sun was a terrific place... the staff was friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pools were well kept and the kids had a great time.

“Absolutely elegant!!!” We had a wonderful stay in lovely Villa Cape Coral! We were in awe of the beauty - absolutely elegant home & furnishings, spotlessly clean, & a gorgeous location! It was perfect! We loved using the kayaks to explore the canals & the connecting ecological preserve. We also rented the boat & went out around Sanibel & Captiva Islands ~ what an adventure! Such beauty to see and so many dolphins swimming near us too! It was an amazing time! Grilling & dining out by the pool and relaxing in the pool & spa was such a glorious way to end each day! “Summer Vacation” Recently stayed at The Pelican Isle condo in Unit 602 at Ft. Walton Beach. Great location, awesome view. Condo very nice and had all the amenities needed for a vacation. Staff very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again!!

“Amazing views from a beautiful condo” This condo is beautiful and peaceful, just what we needed to relax. The view from the 6th floor balcony is amazing and the beach is right outside the door. Walk on the beach towards the west and you will have the beach to yourself. I will come again.

“Great place to stay.” The condo would have been 100% if it had had a double sink in the master bathroom. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very nice and helpfull.

“Brooks and shorey were so nice and made everything easy” We had a great time staying at Emerald Towers West. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and well stocked. I will be going through Brooks and Shorey again in the future. I've rented from individuals before and some have been very hateful to us in the past. This was a most pleasant experience. “Relaxation perfection!” Great beachfront condo overlooking the pool in small building with covered parking for 1 car. Lovely furniture on the balcony, the bistro chairs allowed great views of the beach. This small condo was perfect for 4 of us enjoying some relaxation time. More wine glasses would have been nice, there were some small tumblers that sufficed, but I think that more than 2 wine glasses in a condo for 6 could be expected! Plenty of tea/coffee mugs though!!!! Pool was nice, stayed on the beach mostly. Enjoyed our stay very much.

“Great condo” I'd recommend this condo to everyone. It is close to the only elevator in the complex so that's good. Only complaint is the pool location -- across the parking lot from the building.

“a good place to stay but needs new furniture” Overall, we were pleased with the location and with our unit at Gulf Dunes. The balcony view was nice as were the included beach chairs and umbrella. The designer made good use of the space in the unit. My boys especially liked the bunk beds in the hall wall; bathrooms were adequate, but nothing fancy. The only negative issue was the outdated furniture. The dinette set and other tables were OK, but the couch needs to go! It looked uncomfortable and was. The cushions were old and sank in. Having a sofa sleeper is a plus, but please replace this one.

“Summerlin 505” This condo was magnificent and I couldn't have asked for anything better. It was perfect for me and my husband while we celebrated our anniversary. It was right on the beach and we loved listening to the waves crash at night!!! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.
