“Excellent holiday destination at Panglao Villa” The villa was perfect for our family holiday. There was space for the children to lounge around, great DVD collection and decent a/C in the bedrooms. Walled garden meant that we knew where they were at all times. Its all beatifully maintained. The villa is about 5K away from alona beach (best diving shops) but I never had a problem getting a 30 peso backie on a motorbike or a 50 peso ride in a tricycle at any time of the day or night. Panglao village seems to be a very quiet spot and we were bemused as to why the villa needed a 24hr guard, however, the guards wife is available for 200 pesos a day to wash your clothes, shop, cook meals if you like and tidy up for you. She is worth it. There is some OK sandy beach nearby Panglao Villa but my family tended to travel to the Bohol beach club each day for their raked sand beach, palm trees and choice of pools, 250 peso day membership. We were very well looked after from collection right the way through to dro p off at the Tagbillaran airport. Downsides Double bed was a bit soft for my liking, no guest file of suggestions for family outings, only 1 bistro restaurant in walking distance from the villa. All in all this is a place that we could recommend to our friends.

“Best place on Earth” This is a copy of a letter we wrote to the Staff of the Lotus Terraces after our return visit in april. This place is perfect with everything anyone could want away from the crowds of Chaweng Beach, I think my letter to them says it all Well where can I begin to thank this place and their staff. To Ton thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did to organise the most perfect end to our holiday, it was such a pity you could not catch up with us this time, you are more than welcome in our home in australia anytime you wish to visit. Jan and Sue you go over and beyond what any staff of any other establishment have ever done for us to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed sitting and having a friendly conversation with you Jane and hope to do it again in the future. Lastly but never least to Rose, you are a true asset to the Lotus Terraces and our visits would not be the same without you. Your dedication to your work the care you take of us and your endless commitment to make sure we relax and enjoy ourselves no matter what time of the day or night is appreciated more than you realise. As Jenny told Ton we would love to take you home with us. I could write the most excellent review all night but I will finish with what I stated to you all when I was there " this is my favourite place on earth" and I will definitely be back again.

“Stunning, you are left wanting for nothing except more of the sa” A fabulous week, just what we needed. A great team looked after our every need. We especially enjoyed paddling down the lake for dinner, to be the only guests at the restaurant, and then paddling back. Stunning home away from home, allowing quality family time. “A perfect place for a perfect holiday” We had a "Mums n Daughters" holiday here - myself, my Mum, my aunty and her daughter. To sum up our stay in one word: bliss. The accommodations are perfect, beds were comfy, rooms were clean and when we had food prepared for us it was outstanding. And I don't think you can beat the view, just amazing. The whole booking process was very smooth, Caran was very helpful and always prompt with responding. I think our stay was made even better with the excellent managers of the villa. Andrew and Pon - we can't thank you enough, you really made our stay. Very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Book in and I guarantee you'll have an amazing stay. And make sure you arrange for Pon to prepare you a meal - best thai food ever!

“A Girls Away Trip” Overall we had a lovely stay at the villa. So close to eat street. The staff were lovely and non intrusive cooking us a yummy breakfast every morning. The pool area was very inviting and we enjoyed lounging the afternoons away in the pool and spa. We did have a hiccup with pickup from the airport which Ray has changed for the next person coming to the villa. We did have issues with the air conditioning on the very hot days thankfully were only a couple. Ray was onto any problem very quickly. We were a party of four ladies and the two big rooms were lovely to stay in but the two smaller ones are really only child friendly due to the twin bed and small room but they did have their own bathroom which worked nicely. I would go back again with another couple or my family.
