“Great Spring Break Ski Trip” Our family of four stayed in this condo for spring break in March 2014. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The master has a large attached bath that makes getting ready a breeze. The guest bedroom is large with two beds which were very comfortable for our children. The other 2-bath (one tub, one shower) is attached to this guest room which is handy when you're trying to get two kids ready at once. The condo is located right in the village just steps from the ice rink and close to several restaurants. It's just a short walk past the ice rink to the escalator that leads to the slopes and ski school. The unit came with a ski locker downstairs which was very convenient. The building also has 24 hour front desk which would come in handy if there were issues, but we had no issues. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us obtain reservations in advance of our trip, and a last minute reservation once we were there. We rented a car for the trip realizing that we might not need it much, and indeed we spent most of the trip in and around the village using the free shuttle the one time we needed it. However, if a car is in your plans the unit comes with underground heated parking. The owner took the time to send us several recommendations for dinner before our arrival. We spent one dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. We were expecting typical mountain fare, but were very pleasantly surprised with the meal. It's not inexpensive by any means, but definitely worth the trip. The kids menu items were not just afterthoughts but high quality meals. If you're looking for a nice dinner, this is worth a look. We have used Vrbo several times and always are appreciative when the rental is as advertised. We also appreciated the time the owner spent sending us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect winter vacation” We were very fortunate to find this gem in Park City for our winter vacation. We lived in this very large and well appointed condo for two full months. Scott and family were incredibly easy to work with and made our stay so nice. The location is fantastic! We are across the street from Fresh Market, Rite aid and Starbucks (as well as many other useful businesses). We were also maybe a 5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Resort, which is where we had our season passes to snowboard. Another huge plus is the buses here are free to use, and the bus stop is just out front of the complex (2 min walk max). We often took buses to Main Street, which was maybe a 5 minute ride. Very convenient. The condo itself is very large, plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fantastic, and had much more then we expected. Most vacation rentals have the bare minimum with dishes, glasses and cookware, but not here. They had enough to create a feast for 15 (which we didn't, but could have!). The downstairs living area with 1/2 bathroom was great and very open. Nice large TV, the sofa couch was quite comfortable, and the dining room was great for playing games. The high ceiling made this floor plan very open, letting in a lot of light from the second story skylights and floor to ceiling windows. Upstairs there are two full master suites that are separated by a sitting room which we used as an office. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are very well sized, you have plenty of room for everything. We preferred the first bedroom off the stairs as it was a bit warmer. Although the back bedroom has it's own heating system. During the summer, the back bedroom with the balcony would be awesome. The pool, hot tub and sauna in the main area of the complex is great! We met a lot of cool travelers there, and it was a huge plus that the pool was heated, we estimated around 80 degrees. We highly recommend this condo, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Park City!

“Like staying with the rich aunt I never had!” We stayed in a clean and very comfortable three bedroom condo with all the amenities we could need. The beds in every room at sleep number! When traveling it is so wonderful to have a choice of cooking our own meals or walking down to the pool and enjoying drinks and a good meal with no work. The fully stocked kitchen had a fancy blender for impeccable daiquiris (or morning protein shakes), coffee maker, crock pot, etc. We all lounged on the enormous shaded deck in the afternoon, ate dinner on the patio, and the family room with a pull out sofa is spacious enough that everyone in the family can hang out and watch movies or play games. They had coolers and chairs for the beach, even snorkel equipment! There was a Pack n Play for my little nephew and kids books and games for my nieces. WiFi and satellite TV make it feel like home. The staff at the pool treat you like family and make sure your glass is always filled with a painkiller while sunning by the pool. We were located close to the famous beaches, the downtown restaurants and the ferry dock. We were torn between staying at a hotel or renting a house, but this is the best of both worlds!

“Excellent accommodation and service” We had a extremely comfortable 4 night stay here. The house is well maintained and presented.I think Debra had thought of everything her guests could need while on vacation. From the extremely comfortable beds to the out door seating and barbecue everything was perfect. The breakfast basket was a lovely surprise on our first morning and nothing was ever too much trouble including the use of the washer & dryer which was greatly appreciated. “Our family had a very comfortable stay” We had plenty of room in our one bedroom condo with full kitchen and dining table. Our unit had a gas fire place we took advantage of , two cable TVs and two full bathrooms. Convenient location for skiing/snowboarding with free shuttle service into both Lion's Head and Vail Village with frequent runs though out the day. The shuttle driver updated riders on what time the shuttles were running and attractions along the way.

“Lovely, charming and warm cabin!” We had a great time staying at the cabin over Christmas 2012. Ideal for our family (two adults & two children). The cabin has everything you need to be comfortable, well equipped and warm. Nice and quiet place - no impact from I-70, easy to get to the shuttle bus to Vail! Short walk/or drive to supermarket if needed. The kids enjoyed the new snow and had fun rolling and tubing around the hills behind the cabin.

“Close to Lions Head” The property is very clean and close to Lions Head. The house accommodated our large group comfortably. The fire place was my favorite feature, with openings on 3 sides; plenty of wood to keep burning. It is not a true "ski in/out" but it is a short walk to the run that leads to the gondola at Lions Head. Great property overall! Items told to the property manager to improve: The oven/stove do not cook true to temp & the knives need sharpening. She said she would address those issues immediately. We chose to cook all of our meals at home, and the kitchen set up allowed us to do so easily. Having a grill on the deck was awesome! The internet went down while we were there and the property manager drove up the next day to reset it. Lovely property and we will stay here again.

“Location, Location, Location!” LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, From start to finish this Rental property was so Easy to rent. The owner Erik felt like someone I had know forever. Very personable and very attentive. Loved that it felt like home and not a museum you couldn't live in. I had My Daughters and they're husbands and 4 grandchildren and they all had such a great time. Loved that we were able to walk down to main street without having to drive and park. Thank you so much Erik, enjoyed your home and would most definitely stay there again. Maybe a Girlfriends weekend, next! :)

“Perfect Fall Retreat” I used Lou's place for a wedding for my family of four. I loved the venue, which is safe, fun and beautiful. It is also conveniently located very close to the freeway. It is very well maintained and Lou is very responsive and organized. I would definitely go back. Having a place where you can cook and relax is nice and keeps you within budget. Yet, it also has the amenities of a hotel with a shuttle, front desk staff and all the fun that comes with staying at a place that is geared towards recreational activities like heated pools, yoga and even a supermarket. Thanks Lou for allowing us to have such a great time.
