“GREAT PLACE TO STAY, CLAY COURTS AMAZING, POOLS AND HOT TUB PERFECT BIKING AND BEACH AWESOME.” We Love The Island it is a great place for families found an excellant church to worship at GRACE COMMUNITY. Biked everywhere grilled daily, loved the Clay courts for tennis. Beach was very close by, FACILITIES were decent and very clean. HOPE TO BACK NEXT YEAR.

“Excellent location!” What a great area! This was our first time to Litchfield Beach, and we loved it. The condo development is at the end of a road, and there is 24 hour security, which is great because the whole area is guests only. This unit in particular is located behind one of the pool areas, and about a two minute walk to the beach. Just perfect! The screened in porch was a great place to hang out in the evenings and enjoy the ocean air. However, the sliding doors were very hard to open and close. The one to the open patio was almost impossible to close from the outside. The interior of the unit was very nice and clean, but it is a little dated. However, it does have all the necessities, lots of cookware, silverware, plates, cups etc. and everything was in good working order. While we were staying in this unit I noticed that there were two holes in the ceiling of the "master" bedroom, we had to find buckets in the supply closet to put under the holes because every time the unit above us used the shower the ceiling would leak. Not a huge deal, nothing that ruined our stay by any means, just something that should be addressed. It has obviously been that way for some time, the flooring is starting to bow from the water damage. All in all this is a very nice unit, it met our needs very well, and we just loved the short walk to the beach and the boardwalk that lead out to the marsh. And the staff at Litchfield Real Estate was wonderful, booking was easy, everyone was very nice, and very willing to answer any questions. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back again soon.

“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. “Cozy Cottage” We stayed at the lovely Red Gate Cottage in November for 4 days. It was perfect for 6 girlfriends on a get away. It has everything you could possibly need and the grocery is just down the road. We were unable to utilize the fire pit because of the burning ban but the fireplace was on while we were there and it just made it all the more cozy. There is so much to do in the Asheville area. We spent 3 days visiting the Biltmore during their Christmas event which was money well spent, but there is so much more to do there and the Red Gate Cottage is central to it all. Georgia was so thoughtful with the wine, cookies and leaving the lights on for our after dark arrival. The only downfall is that there are not mountain views but everything else is absolutely perfect. We'll look forward to staying here again in a heartbeat!

“Awesome Cabin!!” My husband and I rented this property for the July 4th weekend. His sister and her husband traveled with us. At first we thought we were going to the end of the Earth, but after finding the cabin we were all very pleased. It was very nice! Clean, spacious, and private. Giving each couple their own bedroom and bathroom. Best of all, Liz, is an amazing hostess, checking in with us daily to be sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this cabin for a nice relaxing weekend.

“Beautiful experience” Very comfortable, relaxing accommodations. Thoroughly enjoyed the great views and sunrise. Easy walk to the beach. For senior citizens, the downstairs bedrooms could be a problem. Looking forward to next year.
