The lower level large mudroom allows direct entry from the ground level, and leads into the recreation room where you can enjoy the regulation pool table and 48" HDTV. This level also includes a set of twin bunk beds, a half bath with laundry and access to the single-car garage.

Step out onto the lower deck and soak away your cares in the brand new 4-person hot tub or relax in the large hammock, both overlooking the year-round mountain views. Or, enjoy roasting marshmallows at the fire pit just beyond the drive. Rustic laurel benches add to the ambiance! Also, early risers, be sure to experience the beautiful sunrise over Willow Valley while rocking on the main level covered deck, or relax in the porch swing with a good book. PLEASE NOTE: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required to access the property during winter weather due to snow and ice.

Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.

Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.

If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days.

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.  Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund
