Description
The Filangeri holiday home is located in the village of the ancient castle of San Giorgio, from which the name of the town comes: Castel di Tusa; It has a characteristic independent access and is on the second floor, quite comfortable and comfortable has 2 independent bedrooms. The house has recently been renovated (January 2019) in the kitchen and bathroom, the kitchen is equipped with all comforts, with the integration of new cookware and crockery service. The toilet has a new shower box with massage jets, the living-dining room is comfortable for six people, with a sofa and finally the most important feature: the large terrace in front of a breathtaking view especially at sunrise and full moon !! The terrace is equipped with barbeque, deck chairs, umbrellas, dining table and chairs for outdoor use in the kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge, on the worktop a large window allows a unique view of the castle. the bathroom has a glass shower and is equipped with fhon. the sealed linen set for greater hygiene is complete for each guest. the double bedroom overlooks the terrace and therefore on the Tyrrhenian coast, and is very impressive! the small bedroom with a bunk bed is equipped with clothes racks and a chest of drawers, overlooks the castle courtyard and enjoys views of the ancient medieval town of Tusa mountain at 600m above sea level. Most of the furniture is Sicilian traditional and is indeed the winning feature of my tourist offer, in fact this location is among the most sought after for the position and style that distinguishes it. A book of extra services for raft trips and guided tours of local places is available.

“Wonderfully positioned apartment in pretty village”
Apartment at top of steep hillside so wonderful views overlooking fishing village. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight. Apartment itself quite basic but clean but a kettle would have been nice. Two different photos of the double bedroom made it appear that there were two doubles, very misleading.
