Description
This beautiful villa on the shores of Casteldaccia, Sicily has been completely renovated. With its private beach, balcony and garden, this is a perfect place for families to soak up the Sicilian sun and escape from the daily grind”.
The villa is divided in three different levels: the ground floor includes an American style kitchen (about 30 square metres), a wide living room (about 80 square metres) with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a veranda.
The first floor is composed by 2 bedrooms with a Queen sized bed and a single bed each, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with two single beds, 3 bathroom with a shower and 1 with bathtub, a landing with a double sofa bed and a veranda. There is also an extra fold-up bed available to accommodate parties of up to 15 people! The top floor is composed by a great terrace (about 120 square metres!).

“Amazing Villa”
Our group of 13 stayed a week in Villa Silva and I was blown away with the service we received from Nilo, He met us to guide us to the vila and then went back out to track down a lost party and guide them back to the villa, he escorted us to the local shops so we knew where to go and greeted us with some local foods that was beyond our expectation. The villa was very well presented, very clean and very spacious, it was like a home from home, everything we needed was available to us. The children had plenty to entertain themselves with and there were plenty of sunbeds chairs and tables for us to pick and choose where we wanted to eat and spend our evenings in the well kept outside area. Nilo made himself available to us whenever we needed assistance with trains and what to see and do and gave us some great suggestions to do on our stay. Car hire is a must. Mosquitos were a nuisance, the area was lovely, very quiet and has beautiful views from the pool area across the sea. This villa was the best I have stayed in. Very Happy with our stay at Vila Silvia.

“Accomodation at it's best”
We stayed with my friends at the Villa at the bekinnig of May for a week. Everything was as promised and the service and cleaning was excelent and very friendly. The Villa is located in a smaller village called Casteldaccia, which has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The village features some good restaurants and bars. To get the most out of that area and Sicily, one would highly recommend an own car at the location. The Villa as it self has everything one could require from excelent kitchen equipment to a large flat screen tv and stereo. The Villa is good specially for larger groups as villas at that size are rarity in Sicily.

“Very nice villa and excellent service”
Everything was working perfectly, the service on the location was very friendly and reliable. The property was as described and the private beach is very nice. Very good restaurant and nice local shop nearby, but you definitely should have car if you want to move more around. I can recommend this place to everyone who wants to experience the peaceful Sicilian countryside, especially if you want to relax on the pool or on the beach.
