“Fantastic holiday!! would thoroughly recommend Villa Palms” It was an absolute pleasure staying at Villa Palms, An?elka and Nikša were perfect hosts and would help you in any way they could, the apartments were spacious and spotlessly clean. The pebbled beach is a stones throw from the villa and i have to say i prefered this to sand (as we all know where the sand goes..Lol), just keep a pair of flip flops for getting into the water otherwise your feet will be sore. There is also regular buses to take you into Split which costs around 13 Kuna one way. You can also walk for miles along the beach in both directions of the Villa, where there is plenty of choice of restaurants and bars which will suit everyones budget. For the kids there is plenty to do weather it be a shot on the banana boat, sofa bed or dohnuts or for the bigger kids...Jet ski's, you will find this at the port which is about a 10 min walk heading towards Split, there is also plenty of excursions you can book, but we did find these cheaper to book actually in Split itself. Although there is a supermarket and bakers close by you might want to Stock up at the local market in Split which is on everyday selling Souvenirs,home grown fruit meat and veg. The weather was also fantastic and even though it did go up to the early thirtys we were greatful for the air con in the apartments. We had a mixture of ages in our party of 7 from the age of 9 to 76 and there wasnt one complaint and believe you me...thats what you need when your on holiday. “Perfect” We had a wonderful stay at Villa GG and will give it the best recommendation. We were 17adults and two small kids and everybody said it was a fantastic place and vacation. The Villa had everything, baby beds and strollers for the kids, and a play house in the garden. The host , GG, was very kind. He arranged pick up at the airport for us, gave us a warm welcome with wine and a cheese, gave us a lot of good tips on where to eat and what to see. The villa was very modern and had all the facilities we wanted. The main bathroom was like a spa:) The location of the Villa was also very good. 2 minutes to the beach and a small grocery shop. Very nice area to do exercise like running, bicycle in the mountains and play tennis. We rented a car so it was easy to drive in to Split if we wanted to go to a bigger shopping mall, but GG is also helpful in arranging transportation. We had a fantastic time and I really hope we will be back soon. Thank you so much GG and Croatia for the unforgettable week!

“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.
