Mansarda in stile mediterraneo con tetto in legno provvista di climatizzatore ma anche, per i periodi meno caldi, di termosifoni. Due camere da letto comode per quattro persone con possibilità di aggiungere un letto brandina,cucina in muratura e bagno lavanderia. Ampia veranda in cui è possibile consumare i pasti godendo della vista mare. La mansarda di casa vacanze Timperosse si trova al piano superiore di una villa a Donnalucata, antico borgo marinaro. È ubicata in una delle zone più belle della costa iblea che vanta ampie spiaggie di sabbia fine, tutte ad accesso libero. Il mare che degrada lentamente è l'ideale per bambini e adulti di ogni età. Tipico paesino di mare per trascorrere le proprie vacanze è anche vicina alle principali città barocche come Scicli, Modica e Ragusa Ibla famose per il loro patrimonio artistico. Da questo ridente borgo è possibile raggiungere, con poca percorrenza, altri paesi di mare presenti lungo la costa come ad esempio Punta Secca location della casa del Commissario Montalbano. A Donnalucata avrete la possibilità di poter gustare una buona pizza, pesce fresco e non ultimo un ottimo gelato o granita di mandorle e pistacchi passeggiando nel lungomare che è stato luogo di riprese della serie ormai famosa del sucitato Commissario Montalbano. Per gli ospiti della nostra casa è previsto un parcheggio privato ed è richiesto il rispetto della struttura data in affitto. La mansarda in villa si trova appena fuori dal centro abitato di Donnalucata in una zona tranquilla che permette cosi di rilassarsi godendo della vista del mare. Proprietario in loco. Buona vacanza!
