ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE with a beachy vibe, comfortable, well cared for and modern

You will wake up every beautiful day with a smile on your face. All your stresses will be gone.

Villa del Oceano is a gated complex, very safe, in the quaint relaxed fishing village of Esterillos Oeste with a great mix of Tico's and expats from around the globe. The village has a few restaurants, a grocery store, surf shops and a couple bars to enjoy a drink or two.. If its peace and relaxation you desire, you will have it here. "Smell the sea and feel the sky, let your soul & spirits fly" Let the sea set you free. May the beach be with you!

My home is very cute, comfortable and reasonable quiet with great neighbors and large swimming pool in complex. A wonderful place to stay for an extended period of time to unwind from the hectic life.

The beach is just down the road, 8 minutes walk, great for tanning, body boarding, surfing,

wading and beach combing. Palm trees line the 7 km beach.

You can walk for miles. Freshly caught fish is available from the local fishermen in the mornings. Macaws fly by frequently, coconuts hang from the trees. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming here.

Transporation: You don't need a car here, the local buses are really good, but to travel around Costa Rica, it would be handy on occasion.

Our house is very central. you are only 1.5-2 hours from the San Jose Airport, 15 mins from lively Jaco with nightlife, many restaurants and plenty of shopping, 10 mins to Hermosa, 10 mins to Bejuco, 15 mins to Parrita and just over an hour to Quepos and Manuel Antonio with the famous National Park.

Getting around

It's great to have a rental car but if not, the local bus is really good and cheap! You can catch it and travel almost anywhere, they are comfortable and clean. The bus is 5 minutes from the house. A shuttle will also pick you up from your door. We can arrange any tours that you might like. We are happy to help and recommend things that you will enjoy while staying in Costa Rica.

I will be in Costa Rica to welcome you November to May. I will be happy to assist with any questions you may have. My manager Israel lives in the complex and is there 24/7 also, to assist. Things to remember when visiting Costa Rica. It is a wild and wonderful beautiful country, completely different from Canada, USA or Europe. the wildlife is incredible, the bugs are bigger and yes we have ants running around outside, but I never get bitten or see mosquitoes here, maybe just noseeums at dusk. Keep your food in the fridge and things clean in the house and they will not be interested to come in. It is amazing to just watch the animals and insect here, it will keep you entertained for hours. I found a mother Sloth with baby Sloth one day.
