Description
The house is totally independent has been recently renovated devoting great care in choosing materials, Noto stone, beams and wooden doors, wrought iron decorations. Three simple elements that if skillfully blended contribute to a timeless home. Special attention has also been paid to the interior design, combining antiques in perfect Sicilian style with modern elements, giving the house a warm atmosphere of the past and contemporary elegance. The building is about 120 square meters and is on two levels. Downstairs you will be greeted by a beautiful entrance characterized by massive stone arches, which introduces the two rooms of the sleeping area, spaced from the bathroom. Upstairs are the living area consists of a living room/lounge with flat-screen TVs, and to follow the delicious cuisine overlooking a terrace completely secluded ideal during the summer for breakfasts, lunches and dinners in privacy.
The house is 500 meters from the historic center, and in the immediate vicinity (about 50 meters) we find all that you need the market, tobacco, bakery, butcher, pizzeria, bars, bus stop 3. Every Saturday morning, in the area, holding the local street market.

Upstairs is the living area consisting of a soggiorno/salotto with a flat-screen TV, and the delicious cuisine overlooking a completely secluded terrace during fine weather ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner in complete privacy.
All rooms are non-smoking.
The House is located 500 metres from the historic centre, in the immediate vicinity (about 50 metres), you will find everything we need the market, tobacco, the bakery, the butcher, the pizzeria, 3 bar, bus stop, grocery store. Every Saturday morning, in the area, the local market is held.
Places to visit: Syracuse (about 15 minutes) the necropolis of Pantalica (about 20 minutes) Lakes of Avola (about 30 minutes) Vendicari natural reserve (approximately 30 minutes) known (about 35 minutes) Modica (approx. 50 min) Marzamemi (about 40 minutes) Catania (about 50 minutes) also in the immediate vicinity there are:-the Monasteries GOLF Resort (about 5 minutes) Ippodromo del Mediterraneo (about 8 minutes).
The da/per shuttle Catania airport is available at an additional cost. There is also the possibility to organize excursions for an extra fee.
