Description
The spacious, comfortable and finely furnished Villa is located in the north-east of Sicily, on the Tyrrhenian Sea in the bay of Tindari, just 2 hours from the airport of Catania. The natural scenery that can be admired is truly unique: to the north, the Sanctuary of Tindari, the Aeolian Islands, Capo Milazzo, the small lakes of Marinello and the entire coastal coastline bordered by a beautiful Eucaliptus pinewood. To the south the chain of the Nebrodi Mountains, Etna and the typical Sicilian citrus groves. The house, immersed in the large garden of palm trees, bougainvillea, magnolias and pines, just a few steps from the sea (barefoot) a stretch of "private" sea can be considered an oasis of peace where you can experience moments of tranquility. It is possible to park in the garden or in the adjacent private road. Ideal base for excursions to Milazzo, Taormina, Aeolian Islands, Mount Etna. Not to be missed, in the immediate vicinity, among the most beautiful villages in Italy: Montalbano, Novara di Sicilia and Castroreale. Details about the house: The villa, consisting of two identical units with separate entrances, is also suitable for several families up to 22-26 people. Each unit can accommodate up to 14 people spread over three floors. On the ground floor, from the main entrance, you enter a large well-furnished living room. From this you can directly access the veranda overlooking a palm tree garden facing the sea. To the left of the entrance is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, with an adjoining veranda and an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, an outdoor shower and a green area. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms furnished with wardrobe, bedside tables and drawers. All rooms have balconies. On the same floor there are two bathrooms with shower, bidet and sink. On the second floor a large bedroom with a double bed and 3 single beds. From here there is access to a terrace with stunning views of the sea and surrounding pine forest.
