Description

Beautifull, elegant functional.furnished, air conditioned, spacious 2 rooms apartment located on the top floor of condominium, consists of living room with sleeping area, open-plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and large terrace. There are 4 sleeping places (1 double bed and 1 double sofa-bed). The decor of apartment is complete with everything needed. WiFi presents. The apartment enjoys amazing panoramic view over the sea, the bay of Giardini-naxos, Taormina, medieval village of Castelmola and Mount Etna.

The condominium Rosal is located in front of the sea in the center of Giardini-Naxos, a place famous and privileged, the epicenter of the Sicilian tourist life, regardless of the season!

In the building there are two elevators and private parking on request. On the ground floor of the building there are a pharmacy, bank, beauty salon, perfume shop, bar. Nearby there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, Internet cafes, the harbor and the bus stop to go to the Airport, Taormina and all other tourist places.

The condominium is about 50 meters away from the sea. The beach with fine sand is available both free of charge or for payment. You can choose between renting sunbeds with umbrella or staying on the sand.

Response from the owner Mr Vassallo, thanks for review. Our excuses for the missing drawer, it is already replaced and if you could be more tolerant you could understand that its nothing more but a damage left by previous guests which was not possible to restore in short period of time. In the kitchen there is a light and knifes, we are sorry that you was not able to find it during 2 weeks of staying. WiFi works perfect, the signal is ok, and the weak recept of your notebook during the first days of your staying was improved asap with a purchase of a new router, so your sarcasm is not appropriate at all. Now regards the 'weird' owner.. From the booking date up to arrival each day you sent us a message with different requests: you choosed one apartment and decided to change it for another - we accepted, you asked for a microwave - we bought it, you ask for cradle - we bought cradle, high chair and bath for your baby and provided you with it free of charge, you asked for early check-in on Easter sunday - we confirmed also free of charge, you asked for early deposit refund - we confirmed. We were happy to fulfill all your wishes. And you? You left after yourself apartment full of rubish and disorder like never before and acid review full of unkindness. It is a sign of bad manners and narrow-mindedness. We absolutely do not recommend you to other houseowners.
