Le camere da letto sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto nonostante la casa sia molto fresca anche nei periodi più caldi, aria condizionata in cucina soggiorno. L'esterno comprende: posto auto, 1 bagno con doccia, cucina in muratura con veranda, gazebo con salottino. Area totale mq. 300. Dista dal mare circa 250 mt, possibilità di visitare i famosi faraglioni di cirica anche a piedi dalla spiaggia,10 Km da Pozzallo, 10 Km da Ispica, 12 da Pachino, 15 da Rosolini, 15 da Portopalo di Capo Passero ed isola delle Correnti ,5 dal villaggio Marispica, 6 dal Borgo Rio Favara, 20 dall'Isola delle Correnti, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi, inoltre Wi-Fi e biancheria da bagno e da letto inclusa nel prezzo.
