Description

Our apartment is on the first floor of one of the residence buildings "Sillemi". The accommodation comprises entrance hall, living room / kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a balcony. The stay in the bright living room has a comfortable couch, with a table and 6 chairs, TV and DVD player, a gas powered kitchen equipped with electric oven with crockery (pans, cutlery, pans, etc.), a refrigerator, a washing machine, two large drawers for table cloths and linen. Two large windows make the apartment bright and beg to go out on the balcony. Double Bedroom In the room over a double bed decorated with linens and pillows, you'll find a chest of drawers, a clothes hanger, two bedside tables and two lamps. The room is lit by a window with mosquito net along with the ceiling fan keeps the room cool even on the hottest days. Room with bunk beds This room has a bunk bed decorated with linens and pillows, a large wooden wardrobe and a shoe rack. The window overlooking the rear of the residence is equipped with a mosquito net. Here also a ceiling fan. Bathroom The bathroom, recently renovated, has a mobile and sink with modern design, a wall mirror, a bidet, toilet, water heater and a large shower. We will find a set of towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and other accessories. Balcony The balcony is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and coffee tables, it helps to relax, offering an excellent view of the sea and residences.

Getting around

The area is connected by a bus service, in front of the residence you will find one of the stops. From here you can easily reach the center and the railway station of Letojanni and within 15-20 minutes Taormina, Giardini Naxos and other surrounding villages. From the train station you can reach Messina and Catania. However, if you're planning to do a tour to Sicily, we recommend using the car as a means of transport, as it would make easier your displacements with a greater time savings.

Interaction with guest

Upon your arrival we will be ready to welcome you and welcome you. We will show you the apartment and we will take a tour of the residence. We do not live nearby so if your request, we will not be able to give you personally support (except in actual need) cases, however our goalkeeper Marcelo (speaks Italian, Spanish and a bit 'of English) will be available You should you need. You'll also have our phone number and you can call us whenever they want for any information or any problem.

House rules

The house is in excellent condition, we expect that you care and respect as if it were yours. We would appreciate that you left clean and tidy, but most do not arrechiate damage to furniture and objects of the house. Also you MUST: - respect for siesta time (14: 00-16: 00) and of course the night, even your neighbors will want to enjoy their holidays; - Do not throw anything from the balcony; not to smoke inside the house, but you can do it on the balcony; - Have fun!
