Apartment three rooms furnished and equipped, located in via Principe Eugenio, Simplon district,central Milano, old Area fiera Milano city. Consisting of 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, Tv and with double beds (sleeps 4), including sheets and blankets. Living room with double sofa-bed (2 beds in case of necessity) eTv.Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator with ice/water dispers, dishwasher, microwave and all the accessories needed for your stay.In the bath and shower, washer, dryer, towels dryer method. Wi-Fi Internet access, free phone available for calls in Italy for free.The apartment is located 50 metres from the tram stop (line 12) which leads directly to the DUOMO. in a few stops.You can walk to the FIERA MILANO CITY nearby, or with bus No. 78 on transit in 3 stops away. Comodii links to Airports Malpensa and Orio with Central station and Cadorna Station and Linate Airport. By Prince Eugene connection to the FIERA -RHO EXPO 2015. The area provided by supermarkets, theaters, bars. and characteristic restaurants.The Simplon Area known for its nightlife and the SFORZESCO Castle one of the primary attractions of Milan are easily accessible via Corso Sempione, on foot or by tram 12 in10 minutes, get off at Lanza.Corso Como -Via Garibaldi Milano by night (5 minute tram 12).Pier della francesca Milan by night 3 minutes walk, where there are many famous clubs If you are coming by car, the area offers many places without payment.The areas of interest in Milan are well connected.I will be happy to meet you and give you all the useful information to enjoy a wonderful stay in Milan in a romantic apartment in a dreamy environment.To use the sofa-bed in the room (bed for 2 persons) will be requested 20 euros per person per night.The apartment is suitable only for temporary stay for tourist reasons, or for business or personal needs for a period of days, or weeks according to needs .For any other request please contact me smoothly we will find a solution.I expect you with kindness and availability Possibly if you prefer we can pick you up at the airport and take you directly to Prince Eugene at low costs

Surprisingly nice and cosy flat, next to tram 12 ,very handy, well furnished and fully equiped, you have to be here if you come to Milano, we enjoyed it
