One of the most beautiful areas in Milano, full of green, well served, is ready to welcome you!

A lovely two-rooms flat, modern with new furniture, in a elegant area, very close to the Cathedral, ideal to visit in the best way the city of Milano.A big two-rooms flat, new and bright. Modern and cozy. Comfortable as positioned at ground floor directly on the entrance garden.The flat can accomodate up to 4 people with a cushy King Size bed or two single beds and a huge sofa bed. The flat has all the amenities to welcome young people, mature people or families with children.

The building is surrounded by green, in a very quiet position although is very close to Cathedral and City Centre, to main public transport stations and to a big Ipercoop Shopping Mall with more than 30 shops inside.Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all its amenities: High speed Internet Wi-fi with no limits, 40 inch TV, TV in all rooms, heat and cold air-conditioning, modern kitchen fully equipped with cooking area and extensible table, fridge, freezer, washing machine with drying rack, induction cooker, electric toaster and juicer and some games for children; bathroom with comfortable shower with everything can be needed. In case of need there is a steam-iron machine with ironing board. Available for guests there are fresh and clean towel sets and sheets.Availability towards guests is complete, continue, 24h/day. Will be given all the informations about the city, events, near services, how to move inside the city and how to reach main stations and airports, aperitivo's bar, restaurants and night life.

The use of the flat is exclusive for the guests so we will not be in the apartment during their staying but I will be always available by telephone or email; there is a daily doorkeeper speaking english for the welcome and every eventual need.

Guests who need to check-in after 20.00 are requested to notify it within 3 days of arrival, an extra cost of € 20.00 will be applied at check-in. After 21.30 an extra cost of € 40.00 will be applied at check-in. It will not be possible to check-in after 11.00pm.

Guests are kindly requested not to smoke inside the apartment.

The use of the sofa bed is reserved for groups of more than 2 people; however, single guests or groups of 2 people can also request to use the sofa bed with the change of sheets as an extra service, paying a total of € 20.00 at check-in, for the entire duration of the stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet, elegant and very well attended area, however, is equipped with armored door and daytime guardian.

No pets allowed inside the apartment; they would suffer for the lack of a space dedicated to them and we do not want this.Guests who need to check in after 9.00pm are kindly requested to notify within 3 days of arrival. Guests are kindly requested not to smoke inside the apartment.The neighborhood is surrounded by green, quiet and friendly, despite being close to the city center (only four subway stops and 25 minutes walking for the Catherdral!).

The apartment is in front of a beautiful public park perfect for running lovers or people who have children and want to keep them entertained peacefully or just for those who want to enjoy a nice walk in the green park. Many restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment to meet every taste preference, a good Italian pizzeria, a typical Genovese restaurant, a great meat and fish grill and so many fusion restaurants. Just 50 meters there's the convenience of the mall Ipercoop with inside: Hairdresser, tailoring and laundry, Photographer, Media World, Clothes shop OVS, Breakfast cafe, Tobias Salads, Sushi restaurant, Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Idexè, L 'Erbolario, Perfumery Limoni, Jewellery L'Orefice, Optics Salmoiraghi and Viganò, Video Game Stop, Kasanova household items, City Mode, ATM and Travel Agency.

A City Tax of € 3,00 per person per night will be asked at check-in.
