Beautiful Loft in the central area of Milan, renting an entire 60 sqm apartment.
Total availability of 5 beds divided as follows:
1 - a sleeping area with new double bed (140x200cm) orthopedic in Memory Foam with built-in wardrobe. The area is equipped with LED LCD TV and bedside tables
2 - sleeping area with single futon bed
3 - Double sofa bed in the living area
Distance from the subway: 1 minute (Loreto stop, green line and red line)
Distance from the train station: 15 minutes by feet - 5 minutes by underground
Distance from the cathedral (Duomo): 20 minutes by feet (a few minutes by subway)

The Loft is located between Corso Buenos Aires and Piazza Piola (Città Studi).
The apartment is new, renovated for a year, fully furnished with refined furniture and high-quality furnishing materials. Artemide spotlights, kitchen complete with all REX and Siemens appliances for the dishwasher.
Parquet flooring throughout the house, new major brand appliances, oven, dishwasher, glass ceramic (Whirlpool), refrigerator, freezer, 100 liter water heater and two Daikin Inverter air conditioners for cold and heat, alarm system with thermal sensors and numerical combination. NO WASHING MACHINE
Extremely quiet because it is independent of other apartments in the building, completely soundproofed with glass wool and plasterboard walls, in addition to the complete overhaul of all the double glazed windows.
TV with Netflix and Amazon prime available.

Independent entrance from the rest of the condominiums that directly from the beautiful garden.
Next to the house there are countless shops, bars and bakery, pharmacy, large supermarket, hairdresser and many restaurants and pizzerias.Two beautiful parks (Piazza Piola and Piazza Aspromonte), a few meters from the house with a dog area and children's games. The magnificent gardens of Palestro are located three subway stops in the heart of Milan.
It is a loft completely designed by an architect and made with high quality materials. The location is extremely convenient for shops, restaurants, the train station and the metro.

It is just a few minutes from the train station, from the bus stops for the airports and from the two largest subway lines in Milan.
Complete Internet access in fiber optic cable or via wi fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher.
I will always be present when guests arrive in order to better explain how the apartment works. For any communication during the stay I will always be available
Full of greenery, two subway lines within walking distance, dozens of clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers.
Two subway lines that connect the whole city a few meters away, parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays. From the airport it is very simple, Malpensa, Linate or Orio are connected to the central station by bus every 15 minutes.

“Perfect stay”
The apartment is well situated, next to the metro station to go fastly to the historical center. Our stay was perfect, the apartment is clean and comfortable. Good communication with Alessandro with some advices to enjoy Milano!

“Très bien: calme, propre, bien situé”
l'appartement d'Alessandro est conforme au descriptif et avis précédents, et nous avons eu le plaisir de le rencontrer. L'emplacement est proche du centre, le quartier & l'appart' calmes, agréables; nous suggérons juste un tout petit peu plus d'équipements (couverts, serviettes...) mais reviendrions avec plaisir à Milan et au Musical loft, Grazie!
