LOCATION

The apartment is the perfect location for those willing to visit the city and its surroundings being in a central position very well served by public transport.

All the lines of the subway are within walking distance from the apartment as well as the Central Train Station and the bus stop to and from all the city's airports (Malpensa, Linate and Orio al Serio) which is just 400m away. So once you step off the shuttle you will be immediately at home.

If you are on a holiday or on a business trip or on a week end with friends you will find that any place you are looking for is just a short ride from home.

DESCRIPTION

The apartment consists of a large bedroom with queen size bed and a walk-in closet, a bright and spacious living room with a sliding door in the middle, one bathroom with shower and washing machine and a balcony.On one side of the living room is a reclinable sofa bed with tv set and table while on the opposite side there is a big and functional kitchen with dishwasher and a dining table.The sliding door in the middle is meant to create a second bedroom with the reclinable sofa bed and separate it from the dining area.

The apartment is AC equipped and it has a 24/7 high speed internet wi fi connection included in the rate.

You can enjoy great views of the mountains and beautiful sunsets as well as as the new skyline of Milan with the recently built area of Piazza Gae Aulenti-Corso Como.

At your arrival you will find clean and ironed linens in your bed and towels in the bathroom as well as some basic items in the kitchen for your breakfast and a bottle of water.If you want to find a bottle of white wine in the fridge or a particular item just ask and we will provide it for you.

A city tax of 3€/person/day is applied and has to be paid cash upon arrival, to comply with recent implementations to municipal laws.

The apartment is conveniently located for those arriving and departing via train/flight since it has means of transportation to and from all city's airports (Malpensa, Linate and Orio al Serio) just a short walk away and the Central Train Station also close by. The buses stand to and from the airport is just 300 meters away from the apartment. It is also at the center of the metropolitan public transportation system, so the guest will find that any destination he is looking for, in the city or the surroundings (lake area and so) is just a short ride from the apartment.
