LOCATION
It's the perfect location for those willing to visit the city and it's surrounding.
The bus stand where the shuttles to and from all city's airport (Malpensa, Linate and Orio al serio) stop is located just 300 meters away from the apartment. So you won't need to bother with taxis or public transport. Once you step off the shuttle you will be at home.
Reaching the Central Train Station, for those who plan to visit the lakes or travel the country by train, is also a 5 minutes walk. Moreover all three subway lines are easily accessible on foot from the apartment (max 10 minutes), so you will find that any destination you are looking for, is just a short ride from home.
DESCRIPTION
Facing away from the main road the apartment is quiet and bright, and has everything you need for, a holiday, business or a shopping weekend with your friends.
The apartment is located at the seventh and top floor (yes, there is an elevator) and consists of one spacious bedroom with queen bed, cupboard, and an armchair, one living room with sofa bed and dining area with TV set DVD player and a little sound system for your I pod, a fully functional, self catered kitchen with dish washer and a bathroom with a large and comfortable shower and washing machine.
Free high speed internet Wi Fi 24/7 is included in the rate and the apartment is AC equipped. At your arrival you will find ironed linens in your bed and towels in the bathroom plus a bottle of water and some basic items in the cupboard (extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea, coffee for the moka and nescafe). Moreover if you want to find a bottle of wine at your arrival or want some particular item from the grocery we can provide it at a minimum surcharge.
A city tax of 3€/person/day is applied and has to be paid cash upon arrival, to comply with recent implementations to municipal laws.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Located just outside the beating heart of Milan's centro storico (Duomo and Teatro alla Scala are 4 stops away with the yellow subway) with its business district and its famous shopping boutique of Montenapoleone (3 stops with the yellow subway) and adjacent to the emerging creative and design districts of Lambrate-Via Ventura and Isola.
Renowned shopping avenues of Corso Como and Corso Buenos Aires are also close by and the neighborhood is lively, with cafes and groceries, and has many restaurants ranging from regional italian trattorie and Pizzeria, to oriental and chinese.
Also nearby is the prestigious jazz club Blue Note offering live events and dining.

From Linate airport shuttles run from 6:00 AM to 23:45 PM and stop in Stazione Centrale (4€/person, around 25 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment.
From Malpensa airport: shuttles run 24/7 and stop in Stazione Centrale (10€/person, around 45 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment.
From Orio al serio airport: shuttles run from 04:10 AM to 00:15 AM and stop in Stazione Centrale (5€/person, around 1 hour).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment .
