Located in the heart of the countryside of Modica but, at the same time, very near to the centre of the town, holidays house ' The Rose ' is a small and pretty outbuilding of 50 sqm surrounded by a wonderful green garden, placed within the perimeter of a elegant private villa previously inhabited by a quiet and reserved family.
The house consists of kitchen with oven, kettle, dishes and cutlery, bathroom with shower and bedroom with a double bed, TV, wardrobe and desk.
A third single bed is available on request, with the addition of an extra charge.
Central heating, Wi-Fi included. Pets are not allowed.
Holiday house ' The Rose ' is 4 km far from the historical center of Modica, 20 km from Ragusa, 30 km from Marina di Modica and Pozzallo (seaside). The nearest airport is Comiso Airport, 40 km from the property.
