Immersa nella campagna tipica iblea tra alberi secolari di carrubo e ulivo con un ampio spazio esterno.
Monolocale di 45 metri quadri con soppalco: camera matrimoniale nella zona soppalcata al piano terra angolo cottura, zona pranzo, living con divano letto, bagno. All'esterno due verandine di cui una con vista patio ed una con vista giardino e piscina. A pochi minuti dalle spiagge di Marina di Modica, Sampieri e Pozzallo e le fantastiche città barocche di Modica, Scicli, e Ragusa.
