Villetta di pregio con 5 camere da letto suddivisa in pianerottoli con bagni privati, ampia cucina, ampi spazi comuni.
Finemente arredata e corredata da tutti i comfort.
Un rigoglioso giardino con estese zone di prato naturale e una ricca zona di piantagione di ortaggi riservata ai nostri clienti.
Parcheggio privato, zona relax con piscina esterna e solarium con frigobar.
La felice posizione ai piedi di Motta Camastra,( regina della Valle Alcantara)location importante ,scelta dal regista Francis Ford Coppola per le scene del film il padrino; a due passi dalle maestose Gole Alcantara, a 10 km dalle spiagge di Giardini Naxos prima colonia greca, a 12 km dall’imperiale affascinante Taormina uno dei centri turistici internazionali di maggiore rilievo della Sicilia per il suo incantevole paesaggio naturale, le bellezze marine e i suoi monumenti storici. Una nota località balneare è la piccola Baia di Mazzarò, vera attrazione delimitata da Capo di Sant'Andrea, a sua volta completato dall'Isola Bella, che va a chiudere una piccola baia, un caratteristico ed esclusivo polo marittimo della zona noto per la bellezza dei colori marini ed apprezzato non solo dai residenti ma anche dai turisti. La Baia di Mazzarò è facilmente raggiungibile, ed offre la possibilità di effettuare delle belle escursioni nelle varie grotte marine che essa raccoglie. Tra le altre delimitazioni geografiche di questa Baia ricordiamo, inoltre, i faraglioni presenti a Capo Taormina.
Villa Lenoci è situata in una zona strategica da poter arrivare in breve tempo alle città più belle della Sicilia orientale come Catania, Siracusa, Noto, Messina, al vicino vulcano Etna nato da antiche eruzioni marine e sempre imponente, quasi minaccioso grazie alla sua continua attività, a 45 km dall’ APT di Catania.
Durante la vostra permanenza è possibile organizzare dei tour ed escursioni come la famosa strada dei vini , dove si possono gustare i tipici piatti siciliani accompagnati da vini di produzione ai piedi dell’Etna, con panorami mozzafiato, sospesi tra il verde della montagna e l’azzurro del cielo e lo strapiombo blu del mare.
Si, perché qui il giallo delle messi si fonde con il verde delle vigne e sfuma nell’azzurro.
Il primo obiettivo di Villa Lenoci è di continuare ad onorare la tradizione siciliana “l’ospitalità” per far sentire tutto il calore della nostra bellissima isola ai clienti che vorranno soggiornare da noi.
Inoltre Villa Lenoci è lieta di far sapere ai propri clienti che i transfer aeroportuali sono inclusi nel prezzo del soggiorno.

Casa perfetta e pulita. Dispone anche di un orto con ortaggi e di una piccola ma confortevole piscina! Gentilissimo e disponibile il proprietario!!! La consiglio!!!
