Set on a coastal hillside ridge facing west- Loma del Sol Tropical Cabina overlooks Preita Beach, the beautiful Pacific Ocean and the prestigious beach community of Flamingo Beach, with its lovely beaches, marina, hills and valleys. An ideal vacation home away from home for those romantic couples seeking tranquility, comfort, and easy access to a wide variety of leisure activities.

AIRPORTS: Liberia International Airport - 60 minutes. San Jose International Airport - a pleasant 4 1/2 hour drive. Tamarindo (domestic) Airport - only 25 minutes away.

Fully-equipped, the accommodations have paddle fans and air conditioning The fully equipped kitchens include cutlery, dishes, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, fridge, microwave oven, and convection oven etc. Weekly maid service is not included, but can be arranged .

This quaint little home features a Tuscan style of architecture, with stone facing on the lower floor ,arched windows and a Spanish tile roof. Breathtaking views of the surrounding ocean, hills, and valleys, uniting you with Nature. Many varieties of birds and animals, including hummingbirds, mott motts, parrots, butterflies, iguanas, sea turtles, monkeys, mapaches, even ocelots and other wild cats, coatimundi, armadillos and anteaters inhabit the surrounding hills and valleys of this 2.5 acre lot. The beauty of Nature is always only a glance away! Wake up to the sounds of the ocean, parrots, and monkeys.

If the sedentary life appeals, lounge under the shade of the thatched patio, or the shade of one of the beautiful hardwood trees in a hammock. Do it all - or nothing at all! The choice is yours.

The upstairs bedroom is accessible 8' up a ships ladder, there are two places to sleep downstairs, the futon and the dinette both make into good beds. There is no pool, the ocean is your chlorine free infinity edge pool.

Year around temperatures hover between 72 and 92 degrees F. This is the dry tropical forest practically no rain falls from Dec 1 to May 1, it is dry, has a slight breeze and few mosquitoes. Rainy season is green, rains sometimes, is more humid, but still very pleasant. RAINY DAY GUARANTEE, ANY DAY BETWEEN DEC 15 AND APRIL 15 THAT RAINS FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES IS REFUNDABLE, XMAS WEEK AND EASTER EXCLUDED.
