Beautiful new 2 bedroom 2 bath retreat with fully equipped kitchen, garage, only a 30 minute drive to Samara Beach, and 17 minutes to the town of Nicoya. Located in a pristine valley, in the small town of Nosarita, just one mile off the main highway on a good road. Centrally located only one hour from Nosara Beach, Ostional Turtle Reserve, Barrahonda National Park, and Palo Verde National Park. Horseback riding available from the cottage. American owners live next door. Great neighbors all around. Gorgeous mountain and river views. Air-conditioned, direct-tv, hot water, bbq area, garden and large patio. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
NOTE: While the cottage does not have WIFI, clients report that their smart phones do have internet connection through their cell phone provider.

If Gary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
