Description

The 3rd-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath Pacifico L-615 in Coco has a pool-view balcony with an outdoor dining table that seats six. The living room is painted sky blue and beige and has furniture that matches the paint. 

A dark wooden dining table indoors seats six, and the bar in the quartz kitchen seats four. Bedrooms have a king, queen or two twin beds, and there’s a TV in one bedroom and another in the living room.

Air conditioning, a washer/dryer, 24/7 gated security and a poolside restaurant/bar are some of the other amenities at Playa del Coco’s premier condominium resort, which is just eight blocks from the beach.

Getting the Most out of Pacifico L-615, Coco

This unit is the perfect base to embark on the adventure of your choice in one of Costa Rica’s greatest playgrounds. Playas del Coco is famous for fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and sunset cruises, and good surfing beaches are not far away.

Coco is a major centerpiece of Costa Rica’s beach-studded Gold Coast, and it also features abundant adventure inland. The ziplining here is world-famous, and you can visit an active volcano, go whitewater rafting or even go spelunking in a spectacular cave.

Staying here also gives you access to the Pacifico Beach Club, which offers the best beachfront lounging in town. Daily rates for adults are $25 per person, which is applied toward food and drink. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
