Elegante miniappartamento di nuova costruzione che si trova a circa 200 mt dalla spiaggia Pietre Nere che con il suo suggestivo lungo mare inivita, a delle bellissime passeggiate nelle serate estive.
Si trova inserito in un elegante contesto di una bella località turistica del ragusano, Pozzallo, famosa per le sue spiagge e la Torre Cabrera.
La sabbia dorata delle sue spiagge è bagnata da un mare pulito ed è consigliata dai Medici Pedriati per i bambini.
La Bandiera Blu Pozzallo e stata assegnata a Pozzallo anche nel 2021.
E' arredato, climatizzato e provvisto di lavatrice, scaldabagno, fornetto elettrico e televisore.
