Description

Moutain Farmhouse rebuilt in 2014 on the Clayton family farmstead. A two story house with living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and master bedroom on the first level. Upstairs is the second room with a loft room and big spacious bathroom. Minutes from downtown Sylva/Dillsboro, 20 minutes to Cherokee, 15 to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 15 minutes to WCU and 25 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. A great getaway for summer vacation or a wedding/honeymoon retreat. Great central location for hiking trails, breweries, rafting, fishing, eating out and golfing.

“Perfect long weekend getaway”

This is our second stay here and we will keep coming back. The home is warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable! Very close to Dillsboro for those that want to eat out, but also has a high end kitchen if you want to cook. Location is perfect and the mattresses are high end and comfortable. This home has everything you need! Hosts are very responsive to questions, checkin is easy!

“Magazine worthy rental”

This cozy mountain farmhouse was something worthy of a publish in Southern Living magazine!!! From the bedding to the decor to the kitchen amenities, it had everything we needed! The front porch swing was a great retreat while taking in the bubbling stream across the driveway and breathtaking Mountain View! Close to downtown Dillsboro and Sylva w lots of cute shops and great restaurants and breweries! The owners were so nice and welcoming and were available for all questions! We can’t wait to go back!!
