La villa è a MT.10 dal mare, è una delle più belle e confortevoli della Provincia di Ragusa. La villa è in stile mediterraneo, su 2 piani, a piano terra 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, una lavanderia, una grande cucina con la sala da pranzo interna e con una sala da pranzo esterna dove c'è una grande veranda coperta di mq.200 e la piscina con il giardino ed il garage, tutte le camere hanno la vista a mare. Al piano superiore 3 camere da letto, il bagno e la cucina, tutte le camere hanno vista mare; all'esterno c'è una grande veranda coperta dove si può tranquillamente pranzare e allo stesso tempo godere di un panorama eccezionale con km 100 di costa. Il mare è a soli mt 10 dalla villa e la spiaggia è libera, gratuita ed è formata da sabbia finissima. Il mare è verde e blu. C'è il parcheggio dentro la villa per le automobili.vicina c'è la città greca di Kamarina del V° Secolo Avanti Cristo con il suo museo. A 5 minuti c'è un fantastico campo da golf a 18 buche. Questi sono i luoghi dove hanno girato i films del "Commissario Montalbano". Da Catania, prendere l'autostrada per Ragusa e nel giro di un'ora si arriva a SCOGLITTI. Dall'aeroporto di Comiso ci vogliono 20 minuti, esso è SERVITO DALLA RAYAN AIR, dalla ALITALIA e per l'Estate da altre Compagnie Aeree da varie città d'Europa. Le città barocche della Val di Noto, i templi di Agrigento, i mosaici di Piazza Armerina, il vulcano Etna sono vicini. Il Museo greco di Camerina ed il Castello di Donna Fugata a soli 5 minuti di auto. Cucina Siciliana eccezionale ei vini locali regionali di grande valore. Le città dichiarate siti UNESCO sono vicine e rappresentano il più bel barocco del Mediterraneo.
The villa is one of the most beautiful and comfortable in the Province of Ragusa. The Mediterranean-style villa is on 2 levels, on the ground floor 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a large kitchen and dining room interior and an outdoor dining area where there is a large covered veranda 200 sqm with swimming pool and garden and garage, all rooms have a view to the sea. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, all rooms have a sea view, outside there is a large covered veranda where you can safely eat and at the same time enjoy an exceptional panorama with 100 km of coastline . The sea is just 10 meters from the villa and the beach is open, free and consists of fine sand. The sea is green and blue. There is parking inside the villa for automobili.vicina is the Greek city of Kamarina of the fifth century BC with its museum. 5 minutes is a fantastic golf course to 18 holes. These are the places where they filmed movies "Commissario Montalbano". From Catania, take the motorway to Dubrovnik and within an hour you get to SCOGLITTI. From the airport of Comiso it takes 20 minutes, it is RAYAN SERVED BY AIR, by Alitalia and the Summer by other airlines from various European cities. The Baroque towns of the Val di Noto, Agrigento temples, mosaics of Piazza Armerina, Mount Etna are neighbors. The Museum of greek Camerina and the Castle of Woman Fugata just 5 minutes away by car. Sicilian cuisine and local wines exceptional regional great value. The city declared UNESCO sites are close together and represent the most beautiful baroque of the Mediterranean.
