BEFORE PLACING A RESERVATION REQUEST PLEASE ASK ME FOR AVAILABILITY

A sunny two-floor loft with private garden, in the Navigli district. A 10 minute walk to Porta Genova, 15 minute bus ride to Duomo. Close to Bocconi and Naba university.

On ground level: Entrance, small studio room, bathroom (with tub), wide living room overlooking the private garden. Fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, cookware and tableware. Washing machine in the ground floor bathroom.

On upper level: two bedrooms, each with double bed (140cm), bathroom (with shower).

Accomodates cosily 4 guests, a fifth guest can sleep in the extra bed near the entrance room.

Internet connection (wireless+cable), TV and DVDs.

Children are welcome - Baby cot and high chair on request.

Please take off your shoes at the entrance, the wooden oak floors in the loft will help you relax.

Since two families with kids live nextdoor, we kindly ask you to lower down noiseis after 11PM, thank you!

No parties in the house and no extra guest allowed.

It's a non-smoking apartment, but of course you can smoke in the garden or in the courtyard.

Just across the street you'll find a big supermaket, a laundromat, plenty of restaurants and pubs. It's a 5 minute walk to the Bocconi University Master headquarters and to a nice playground, Parco Baravalle.

Public transportation:

Bus and tram just across the street (circle line bus n.90/91, bus n.59 to Porta Genova and via Savona, tram n.3 and n.15 to Duomo and city center – a 10 minute ride)

Metro (Romolo station, green line) at 10 min walk (or 3 bus stops on the 90/91 line).
