Description
A one minute walking distance to the Playa Hermosa beach winner of the "Bandera Azul" award, an honor granted to beaches that demonstrate great environmental standards and safety services. Las Brisas Villa Dos is a beautiful spacious 2,500 square foot (606 meters) 2-story three bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom detached home offers a lot of comfort and conveniences which is perfect for families, friends, couples and individuals. Upstairs you'll find the Master bedroom with private bath, King size bed and two ample closets. From the balcony you have views of the ocean, 24X48 saltwater pool /3 to 6 feet deep, tropical trees, exotic birds and howler monkeys.The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, two ample closets and a third bedroom has two Twin beds and two ample closets. Downstairs offers an open floor plan, kitchen fully equipped with a large granite counter, 3 stools plus an eating area that seats 6 persons. Also a Futon in an extra room with cabinets. In the comfortable living room there are two sofas, coffee & side tables, a flat screen television with 70 cable channels, internet and WiFi too. Guest bathroom downstairs with tile sink/toilet only. Also in the laundry room you have a washer, dryer, ironing board w/ iron and small sink. A/C units and ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs. On your walks within the complex you will enjoy it's lovely landscaping with tropical plants, brightly colored flowers and lots of fruit trees. Also at the entrance of the complex there is 24/7 security guards & guard house and two parking spaces available for guest. Villa #2 has one parking space that is marked. As a Guest you'll have free access to Condovac Resort (next door) and its amenities such as infinity pool with swim up bar, children's pool, tennis/basketball courts, gym, live music and shows.

There are good restaurants and beach activities that are so much fun.
