Description
Hawaii Sheffield House is in Kailua Town. is located only 10 houses to Kailua Beach. The address is 131 Kuulei Road. The closest beach access is Ka'apuni Loop.Sheffield House provides a home away from home for your Kailua Hawaii vacation. The Garden Suite is a ground floor unit. The Garden Suite has free off street parking, free hi speed wifi, cable TV, boogie boards and a first morning complementary continental breakfast. The Garden Suite has a private entrance, private bath and queen bed with Hawaiian applique quilts. The Suite also has a queen size futon couch. There is also a window seat which is the size of a single bed. Towels, Beach Towels, paper towels, irons and hairdryers are provided. There is a private outdoor garden area with a table and four chairs. While quiet split system AC is provided, ceiling fans and ocean trade winds are the norm. The private bath has a large shower but no tub. (see the pictures.)The Garden Suite is two rooms with a kitchenette/Living/dining room, bedroom and a daybed with a single trundle. There is an Olympic sized community pool(with a lifeguard.) with many tennis courts only 13 houses away. It rents for $163-$199 per night for a party of two. There is a $25/night per person fee over a party of two. A one time cleaning fee of $80 is charged. Tax is 14.97% As a small business, we ask that before booking that you consider that this is what you want to do.
The policy is to only refund deposits when the property re-rents to another person. The policy is once it re books the deposit will be refunded less $25 and any credit card fees. Bookings more than 2 months in advance are limited to a 5+ night stays. Shorter stays are booked within a month and a half of arrival. Our policy is first come first served based on receipt of deposit.There is a public olympic sized outdoor pool is 13 houses away at the Kailua District Park. The Beach is 10 houses away in the other direction. The beach access is off of Ka'apuni. It can be rented with the adjoining separate Sheffield House Ginger Studio or Flipkey 3177588 to house a party of 5.
Check in is any time after 3 pm. Check out is any time before 10 am Unless other arrangements are made. Hawaii Sheffield House - providing hospitality in Kailua for over 25 years. Always email or call regarding last minute travel as sometimes openings and cancellations occur.
