Description
A beautiful villa, in Donnalucata in the South East of Sicily, for seven guests, only 100 mt from the sea, surrounded by a wide garden, a true oasis of relax. Grass lawn surrounds an open-air infinity swimming pool 6x12 with heated clear salt treated water. Three wide bedrooms overlook the garden or the pool, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright living room. The villa is furnished with modern furniture, air-conditioned system and livable all year round. The parking and the pool are shared with the owners who live on the upper floor.
In the small town Donnalucata you can enjoy the delicious meals of fresh fish as well as the exquisite lemon “granita” and ice creams. The eight cities in the late Baroque of the Val di Noto (South-east of Sicily UNESCO World Heritage List) are easily accessible and culturally enrich your holiday.
All households bills are included in the price, such as consumption of water, electricity, cooking and heating gas, linen and towels. City Tax not included (€ 1,00/day max 10 days, for any guest older than 12 years).

Donnalucata è il luogo ideale per gedersi il relax, il mare, il sole e anche per raggiungere facilmente e citta del "Val di Noto" patrimonio Unesco. “Couldn't be better”
Beautiful place next to the beach (2 minutes walking). Very well furnished house, very clean, marvellous pool and terrific garden. Antonella and his husband were very helpful.
