Description

Our cosy flat is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a building on a side street, quiet and peaceful in the Porta Romana area.

In the bedroom a double bed can be separated into two single beds.

An extra sofabed is available next to regular beds.

The kitchen is equipped with freezer, stove and oven, sink, draining board, chopping board, moka coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pans, pots, dishes, cups, glasses and everything you need to cook, eat, wash and keep clean.

We always leave some food in the fridge and our guests are welcome and can safely cook and eat at home without going to the restaurant.

Wi-fi internet is freely available for laptops, tablets and phones.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, hair dryer.

We always provide clean towels and bedsheets as well as some soaps in the toilet.

The apartment has central heating for the winter, two silent ceiling fans for the summer and mosquito nets at the windows.

We live not far: we will welcome you personally, we'll show you the house and often remain in contact for any need or even just to take a walk with you and guide you around the city.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luigi (the owner) a message.

If Luigi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
