Villa Celeste is part of a three townhome complex. A triple level uniquely designed home, giving you exceptional ocean and mountain views of Potrero Bay, Catalina Islands & Flamingo. Large windows provide you with ocean breezes and enhances the soothing rhythm of the soothing surg to embrace you. The king bed faces the spectacular ocean view and the twinkling lights of Flamingo at night.
The 3rd level encompasses the master bedroom, large bathroom, double vessel sinks, granite counter top, soaker tub and walk in ceramic shower. A separate toilet and walk in closet. Large private balcony with ocean view and a smaller balcony with mountain views
The main floor provides you with a modern kitchen with granite breakfast bar. Fully outfitted for you to try mouth watering meals with fresh seafood and tropical succulent fruits. A powder room, dining and living area.Beautiful had made wood desk for guests to set up their lap tops. Dining table for six and large ocean view balcony. Enjoy the sounds of tropical birds, howlers monkeys and the surf while you sip your fragrant freshly brewed Costa Rican coffee….
Enjoy a cooling dip in the refreshing pool and listen to the cascade of the waterfall. Sip your mango slushy and soak in the Jacuzzi tub.
Lower entrance level has one bedroom with a Queen bed, and a closet.The bathroom has a walk in ceramic shower, vessel sink, a gorgeous hand carved door, providing you with exquisite local artistry.
A sitting area with a pull out couch and a bunk bed provides additional private sleeping area. The sliding glass doors lead to the outside granite patio bar area which leads up to the pool area. Portable BBQ available. An 8 minute walk to 3 diversely different beaches. Several restaurants, food stores, ATM with in walking distance. There is a security system on site
