Very bright and quiet apartment with living/bedroom, kitchen and space for up to 4 guests.

Strategically located between the center of Milano and the Fiera Milano City and the MICo.

The Buonarroti underground station (Red Line 1), just a few steps away from the apartment, brings you in a few minutes directly to the city center and 20 minutes directly to the Rho Fiera exibition area. The TreTorri underground station (Lilac Line 5) is at a walking distance and conncets with the San Siro Meazza stadium and Garibaldi Train Station.

The apartment is air conditioned and furnished with design furniture. The living/bedroom features three large windows. The living room can be separated from the bedroom thanks to sliding doors.

Entrance, kitchen and bathroom (with window). The kitchen is fully equipped with induction plates, dishwashing machine and fridge. There is a large shower in the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and a closet. In the living room there are a table and a two places sofa bed.


Bel linen and bath towels are included. Cleaning services are provided on request and charged. A €25 final cleaning fee will be charged and paid by the guest at check-in.

The apartment is located on the third floor, with lift, overlooking a nice square.

Bars, restaurants, supermarket, post office, pharmacy, newspapers kiosk and various shops (baker, dry cleaner’s, etc.) are available within a few minute walk. I can provide info about restaurants, ice cream shops etc, offering products for people affected by coeliac disease.

The apartment is located in an elegant residential area, close to the new City Life district and 10 minute walk away from fashionable and lively Arco della Pace area, where you can find many bars and restaurants.

Guests are kindly requested to provide the property, at check – in time, with photocopies of their passports, to be able to fill in the necessary documents for police authority.

Milan, like many other cities in Italy and throughout the world, has established a Tourist Tax for tourists and visitors.

The amount is equal to €2 per night, per person. It will be paid cash at check-in. The host will provide the guests with an official receipt.

Revenues from the Tourist Tax will finance actions for the preservation of the city’s artistic heritage and for the improvement of services for all tourists.
