This sunny "Tico style" home is unique as you have your own lemon tree just outside your door. Just step out and make your own lemonade. This is a semi-detached that sleeps up to 4 (2 full size beds) adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and stove top, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils and linens. Bathroom with hot water in shower and sink, including towels. New air-conditioning unit and fan included. Large covered veranda where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Walking distance to Potrero Beach, grocery store, farmers' market, restaurants, bars and other amenities. Parking available. This is a long term rental - you can live under the sun!
Potrero is a quiet bay on the northern Pacific Coast of Guanacaste province located along Costa Rica’s ‘Gold Coast’. It features tropical beaches with warm tranquil waters and amazing place to hideaway from the hustle of city life. There are many beaches to choose from, we are an 8 minute walk to Potrero Beach, a 30 minute walk along the shoreline or a 10 minute drive to the white sands of Flamingo Beach, 10 minute walk to the golden sand of Playa Penca, and 30 minute drive to the famous surfing community of Tamarindo.
We are a 45 minute drive to Liberia Airport. Casa Limon is available for a long term rental - don't miss this opportunity.
You can also enjoy a variety of restaurants, night life, beach pubs, boutique shopping and dancing clubs located in the modern city of Tamarindo, approximately 30 minutes away.
