Condo Tortuga is a spacious 2 bedroom unit in the coveted condo complex known as Condos del Sol. The gated community is only 5 years old and features 24/7 security and quick and easy access to the beach. Located at Playa Guiones,Nosara, we are a 5 minute walk to the well-known surfing beach. Playa Guiones boasts 2 miles of incredibly consistent surf breaks.Safe bathing and surf-casting are enjoyed here as well. Offshore fishing is available in the neighboring town of Garza. Our lovely pool,jacuzzi, ample parking, friendly atmosphere and helpful security guard all contribute to a carefree and relaxing vacation.

Condo Tortuga is an air-conditioned ground- floor unit which allows access to our private garden, patio and comfortable hammock located off the master bedroom.The home is fully equipped for your convenience- just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen and you are good to go!

Our area boasts fabulous restaurants located within minutes of the condo! Grocery markets are also close for those nights you choose to eat in and relax with a DVD from our library provided.

Nature abounds! Howler monkeys visit our rancho daily and short excursions will take you to turtle nesting sites, bird-watching, and guided nature trails. Both ocean and river kayaking, horseback riding, snorkeling, surf lessons, yoga sessions and Costa Rica's longest zipline can also find a spot on your itinerary. Gift shops, banks, clothing stores, and car rental agencies are nearby, yet not too close to disturb our tranquility. The nearby medical and dental services here are superb and add to your peace of mind.

Response from the owner Concerning your review of our condo, we are sorry about the linens and community bathroom. We had brand new linens there very recently, but sometimes those things get a bit mixed up with other units by the cleaning service. We are contacting the HOA asap to address the communal bathroom issue, which, as you reported, is absolutely unacceptable. Finally, we had recently replaced the hardware in the kitchen drawers (if, indeed, that was a problem), and had hoped it would hold up. If it has not, we will be repairing them again when we return. We are very glad to hear that these issues did not prevent you from having an enjoyable vacation, and that you were still satisfied enough to recommend us to your friends in your review.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
