Las Brisas # 4 is a spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home overlooking the Pacific Ocean only steps from beautiful Playa Hermosa Beach and it is walking distance to waterfront eateries, bars, and activity centers of Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Ask about our 7th night FREE promotion!

Las Brisas Villa 4 has all living areas downstairs. The large well appointed great room is ideal for relaxation and gatherings. Spacious fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to cook a gourmet dinner or grab a quick snack. If you prefer outdoor cooking, there's an outdoor gas grill for you to use. The town house has washer and dryer for your convenience. Clean and comfortable bedrooms are located on the second floor for your quiet night's sleep. The media/flex room downstairs has a queen sleeper sofa and it is completely private with French doors and drapery.

Our guests have access to Condovac a much larger complex adjacent to our Las Brisas with full gym, several pools, beach front lounging, swim up bars, and restaurants. Ask our Property Manager regarding how to access all the amenities.

Response from the owner We thank you for your very detailed review. We also want to thank you for your cooperation in repairing the broken glass door by a member of your party. We wish you had brought each minor issue to our onsite Property Manager's attention at first encounter of the problem. Our Property Manager would have immediately resolved most of the minor inconveniences mentioned. Our PM would have gladly assisted in acquiring the taxi services. We have clearly denoted that our PM is available for any questions or issues from our guests during their stay. The curtains in the master suite are blackout curtains per the manufacturer. We apologize that they didn't make the room completely black to your liking. The house keeping people work very hard to clean hard water deposits, but they're impossible to keep from showing up on glass shower surfaces. I'll ask that they put extra effort at wiping them off. We assure you the bathrooms are very clean. We are working diligently to resolve each minor issues and committed to continually improving the quality of our guests stay at our villa. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If LYDIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
