Los Sueños III is a quiet complex located 5 minutes walking to Tamarindo downtown, Unit #16 is situated at the 3rd floor.
This spacious 2 story unit is located in the Complex of Los Sueños III. Situated just steps from the swimming pool, this condominium is like a self contained house. Located on the edge of town yet within two blocks are shops, restaurants, beach activity rentals, surfing and exciting nightlife.
Lovely two story, two bedrooms, two bath with equipped kitchen in small gated community with swimming pool. The master bedrooms have a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twins size bed, each bedroom has a private bathroom.
The beach is just a 2 minute drive, within 5 minutes walk you can reach a grocery store, a laundry, a large Shopping Plaza, a surf shop and an ATV Rental Shop around 20 restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk. There is a gym just around the corner within walking distance.
Los Sueños III is gated and guarded 24/7 and has easy parking. The pool is cool and inviting, maid service every third day are included in a weekly rental.
The beach is about 5 or 6 blocks from the condo and the nightlife is all located on the main road off of the beach. There is definitely lots of action in Tamarindo, two new bars called Bar UNO and Aqua Discotheque in addition to the existing ones. There is something to do every day and night of the week.
