Getting around

Depending on your time of arrival… Stop in the office (during office hours) to sign in and say Hi to Tana or Megan. They will be glad to help with any local questions. . After normal office hours…Outside the office under the overhang and next to the Pepsi machine is a village lock-box and a phone that is an auto dial-out to the village answering service. Provide your name and the answering service will give you the code for the lock-box. In the box, there will be an envelope with your name on it and the keys to the condo and village information will be in it. Then a short ride up the hill to Juniper Way, a sharp left hairpin turn. After the turn on Juniper Way, #54 Kicking Horse, is on your right.

Interaction with guest

We have an OFFICE (first bldg. on the right) they will check you in....After normal office hours…Outside the office under the overhang and next to the Pepsi machine is a village lock-box and a phone that is an auto dial-out to the village answering service. Provide your name and the answering service will give you the code for the lock-box. How do damage deposits work?

If Daniel / Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
