Spectacular ocean view 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath luxury villa on the prestigious North Ridge of Flamingo Beach. This spacious, comfortable home boasts 2 master suites, newly updated bathrooms with granite countertops, vessel sinks one brushed nickel faucets, a private pool, is fully air-conditioned and has a brand new gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, wine fridge and all stainless appliances. The stunning Pacific Ocean views can be enjoyed pool side with all new native Columbian Coralina stone or from the large upper terrace complete with outdoor wetbar, with spectacular sunsets every evening. The beach directly below is 1 mile of pristine white sand and is considered one of the best in all of Costa Rica. Our most recent guest commented "the house is amazing and meets all of our needs. The attention to detail is fantastic." There are many restaurants and bars in the immediate area, as well as grocery stores, banks, ATMs and shopping. Golf, scuba and snorkeling, surfing, deep sea fishing, zip-line canopy tours, horseback riding, nature river tours...the list of outdoor activities goes on and on. Costa Rica is renowned for its amazing wildlife, national parks and nature preserves.
