The Jodokus Inn. A small Hotel,Family Guesthouse,Vacation rental totally remodeled in 2020/21.On a private gated property. On 1.5 hec of land,in the hills of Montezuma. close to the waterfall, --3-- km from Montezuma center.and beaches. With total of 6 rooms and 5 to rent, 2 rooms with 4 doubles,shared bathroom.3 with a double beds and private bathrooms `7 beds and 14 persons Maximum .With a lush jungle. Right there!! in the backyard ,with a natural pool, built in dry creek summer season only,(from Dec till April)out of order for moment. , and with amazing wildlife. maintained gardens,all kinds of local fruit trees waiting for you to try?? Ocean views, and coastline views. Hearing the waves break...very peaceful... and only.. 5 min to center of Montezuma, by Car,Quad.Shuttle, Taxi.or a lift from me. For your Bus-station or,Taxi boat to Jaco. Sat morning Organic market ,on beach next to volleyball field Tours,Restaurants,Streetvibes,Yoga/Wellness Classes even in the house ----check out Yoga video made on side couple years ago --- ,Beaches,Horse riding tours and much more!!Free pick up..... Upon arrival from Montezuma,or Cobano.till 6 pm(arrival time)-30 min by car to get to Santa Theresa/Mal pais from jodokus inn.(with own transport)-20 min with rented quad.And a host/caretaker that helps with anything,to let you have a Perfect stay...Hope to see you soon...At Jodokus Inn.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I withdraw my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ype-Claas (the owner) a message.

If Ype-Claas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
