1 - a sleeping area with new double bed (140x200cm) orthopedic in Memory Foam with built-in wardrobe. The area is equipped with LED LCD TV and bedside tables

The Loft is located between Corso Buenos Aires and Piazza Piola (Città Studi).

The apartment is new, renovated for a year, fully furnished with refined furniture and high-quality furnishing materials. Artemide spotlights, kitchen complete with all REX and Siemens appliances for the dishwasher.

Parquet flooring throughout the house, new major brand appliances, oven, dishwasher, glass ceramic (Whirlpool), refrigerator, freezer, 100 liter water heater and two Daikin Inverter air conditioners for cold and heat, alarm system with thermal sensors and numerical combination. NO WASHING MACHINE

Extremely quiet because it is independent of other apartments in the building, completely soundproofed with glass wool and plasterboard walls, in addition to the complete overhaul of all the double glazed windows.

Getting around

The two biggest metro and underground lines are just 20 meters far from loft. Most convenient place in Milano for sure. Red line (subway that connects the north of Milano to the western part as san siro stadium, 40 kms total territory covered and 2 main railway station) and Green line (43 kms total, from south to the Eastern part, Linate Airport, Milano centrale, Cadorna Station, Prota Garibaldi Railway station and Navigli). But you can walk! 15 minutes far from Duomo, 13 for San Babila, 8 for Milano Centrale and 3 from Corso Buenos Aires!

l'appartement d'Alessandro est conforme au descriptif et avis précédents, et nous avons eu le plaisir de le rencontrer. L'emplacement est proche du centre, le quartier & l'appart' calmes, agréables; nous suggérons juste un tout petit peu plus d'équipements (couverts, serviettes...) mais reviendrions avec plaisir à Milan et au Musical loft, Grazie!

After 100 percent of 5 stars review seems quite strange this words, expecially after i found the door completely opened after your check out with all lights on even we managed together the check out procedure. I made directly the check in and stayed 2 hours to fullfill all your questions. I'm always 24\24 available for guests. 1- The post it in house are very nice and useful to all guests to thank for the hospitality. First time i see a guest doesn't like them. 2- You had 2 towels each, big and small. As all guests i welcome 3- I explained the washing machine perfectly, you told me wasn't working while i showed you it works flawlessly 4- The loft is perfectly clean, towels, sheets and everything are new. Loft is in the garden, may happens that you see spiders or any animals expecially if during summer you leave food for long time near door. 5- I give all instructions during check in (and as you can see from reviews i'm always available). If you have or had any kind of request i am here. It'st strange you need instructions, while i explained everything and was perfectly clear as you told me 6- The garden (as i told you) is the condos garden so not stay outside for long time. And you put a table with chairs on it. Seems quite strange If you prefer a less particular and personalized place i think is better to go in hotels, that loft is so particular and i am so pleased when guests are happy to share this "home feeling". Sorry to hear that some guests are not.
