Description

Lovely apartment in Taormina with a stunning sea view terrace and a shared swimming pool perfect for a refreshing swim after a sunny day passed visiting the archaeological sites or after a full day passed on the beach.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and quite contest, surrounded by the green in the exclusive Residence San Giorgio and is the perfect place for stay near the center but, at the same time, away from the crowded town's center.

The apartment is right next to the prestigious HOTEL ASHBEE and close the baroque church of San Pancrazio that you will you

pass by following the pedestrian path and some flight of stairs in the green that leads, in few minutes, to the Taormina's shops, restaurants and supermarkets (the residence's gate is only 100 meters far away from GATE MESSINA, Corso Umberto).

The best way to reach the beaches in 'Taormina Mare' is to take the cable-way that is located only 5 minutes walk.

The appartment have the pedestrian entrance from the garden and the car entrance down by the street. A private parking, with locked door, is reserved for the apartment's guests. The building's garage is connected by the elevator to the apartment's floor (perfect for heavy luggage or children).

The apartment (180 mq) is on two floors and has 4 bedrooms (6/7 guest), 4 bathrooms and air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

On first floor:

the kitchen, the living room with working fireplace (for winter time ;), a bathroom, and a big covered terrace (patio) with sofa,cushions, chairs and a round table perfect for breakfast or romantic dinners,

“Excellent property”

This apartment was great. The area in San Georgio is excellent, pool is amazing and generally very quiet. Easy to get sun loungers and very relaxing. The apartment itself was idela. We were 5 adults and it had ample space. The outside terrace was very spacious and table easily accomodated 5 for lunch round it. Only downside to terrace was it was covered in so didn't get the sun but that was fine for us. KItchen facilities good, Washer, Dishwasher set up great too. The bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfy. 3 Showers all that worked well. A very short walk to the top of the Corso Umberto, so you could not ask for a more perfect location. Everything from the booking through Helga to the services of Sabina who met us was perfect. We wanted to get out for the day and Sabina replied promptly to message and recommended a great driver. Would definetly return.

I'm very sorry for the hot water problem. How horrible!!It was absolutely new for me..I called the plumber and he finally found a problem in a pipe...there was a the pressure problem and he fixed it. Did you tell Sabina, the housekeeper, about it? She didn't say anything to me...argggg! About the cushions on the swimming-pool area...Yes, I'm sorry, the life guard service that provide umbrella and cushions start from 1st of June. Thanks for suggest the problem...for the April and May future guest I'll provide sun bed cushions that they can bring to the pool. Thanks again! Helga
