Affittasi periodicamente appartamento arredato di mq. 50 utili.
L'appartamento ristrutturato da poco, è fornito di un arredo moderno e funzionale, è composto da ingresso disimpegno, due camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno-doccia-lavanderia, ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto.
In dotazione tutti gli utensili da cucina, lavatrice, stendino, asse e ferro da stiro, phone, climatizzatori, tv, caldaia a gas per produzione acqua calda, illuminazione a led.
L'alloggio si trova in zona residenziale tranquilla servita da bar, ristorante, supermercato, farmacia, panificio e altri servizi utili. A 600 mt. dal mare ( due minuti in auto) e a quattro minuti dai lidi e porto da dove giornalmente avvengono le partenze per le Eolie e a venti minuti dal PARCO dei NEBRODI.
Dista m 1800 dallo svincolo dell' A20 e m 20 dalla ss113. Inoltre tramite l'A 20 si raggiungono le località turistiche di Cefalu' a 45 minuti, Taormina a 90 e Capo d'Orlando a 15 tramite la ss113.
Il mare e le sue attivita' sono alla base della vita giornaliera, di sera si anima il lungomare dove nei numerosi ristoranti si puo' gustare la cucina locale a base di pesce o prodotti tipici dei Nebrodi. La notte è lunga per chi la vuole vivere intensamente tra i vari locali notturni, discoteche pub e disco bar sono protagonisti indiscussi. Per chi preferisce la natura incontaminata del Parco dei Nebrodi varie sono le escursioni su prenotazione sia in mountain bike o a piedi attraverso i boschi. In alternativa si puo' scegliere un itinerario storico culturale con le visite dell'antica Aluntium oggi S.Marco d' Alunzio, Tortorici, San Fratello con escursioni giornaliere organizzate dai tour operator locali.
