Circondata da un giardino mediterraneo (vigneto, frutteto, ortaggi) con fiori profumati e piante, Villa Gaetano è sita a breve distanza dal centro di Graniti,nel territorio della valle dell'Alcantara, vicina alle Gole dell'Alcantara, Giardini Naxos, Taormina ed alCampo di Golf (Castiglione di Sicilia).
Affacciandosi dal suo grazioso balcone rivestito in cotto, si puo'ammirare in tutta la sua maestosita', l'Etna che si specchia nel mare.
Ideale per famiglie o amici che vogliano godersi una vacanza rilassante e divertente allo stesso tempo, o coppie che vogliano sfuggire alla routine quotidiana e rilassarsi in un angolo di paradiso.
La villa e composta in due livelli, piano terra cucina e pranzo, piano primo zona notte con annesso bagno (w.c. bidet, lavandino e docccia) ampia terrazza a piano terra con tavolo con ombrelloni, zona barbecue, zona lavanderia con w.c., piscina interrata con ampio solarium con lettini e ombrelloni tavolinetti e doccia con acqua calda esterna.
I proprietari, Stefania e Carmelo, curano l'ampio giardino mediterraneo e sono sempre reperibili, e pronti ad aiutare su richiesta.
Tutti i comfort sono forniti (lavatrice, ferro da stiro, riscaldamento, A / C, TV, lenzuola e asciugamani settimanali rinnovamento, pulizia) .E 'inoltre possibile organizzare i trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto di Catania.

“Spectacular views, calm and peace.”
One of the most incredible gems we found on our 3 week journey that began in Tuscany with a family trip and our wedding. The heat and crowds made it challenging to enjoy and savour the towns and sights. Being from Italy and having travelled around it yet never coming so far south as Sicily- what was waiting for us is beyond expression. We have been totally surprised and touched by its beauty ESP this gem of a villa- secluded in the mountains overlooking Mt Etna and the ocean below. High enough to savour the peace and quiet but yet only 20 or so minutes and you are in town. Graniti is closer still down windy tricky roads but not impossible in our oversized Peugeot station rental. If you enjoy nature and spectacular views, a huge private pool very well equipped w many chairs and umbrellas. A huge patio long wooden table for entertaining and a very rustic experience w this family villa of stone and years of improvements surrounded by vines, vegetable gardens and even a few geese!!!!! Then this is your paradise. As a honeymoon trip we found this to be absolute paradise for us with the most hospitable hosts so kind and eager to help us even bringing us fresh grown tomatoes and peaches. Thank you. Mille Grazie!!!!! Sicily will see us again.
