Description

Nicely done! Pacifico L-612 in Coco is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath beauty on the third floor, newly updated and decorated to impress.

Start with the beautiful king bed and matching dark wooden furniture in the bedroom, with silver-colored handles. The other bedroom has a queen bed, and both are painted in two-tone pastels.

The living room and dining room also have dark wooden furniture, plus faux-leather seating, with TV.

The fully equipped black-and-white kitchen has quartz countertops and a bar that seats four. The unorthodox artwork includes beach décor, a depiction of a vintage motorcycle and a map made of postage stamps.

This unit has everything you’d expect in a luxury condo, including fast Wi-Fi. And you’re on the third floor, so there’s a bird’s-eye of the beautiful area all around.

Pacifico L-612, Coco Attractions

This condo has a view of the pool, and like all units here it’s air-conditioned and has a washer/dryer. It’s a short walk from here to the restaurants, bars and shops of downtown Playas del Coco, and it’s about eight blocks to the beach.

Every kind of adventure you could imagine is available near here, including fishing, diving, surfing, whitewater rafting and ATV tours.

Staying here also gives you access to the Pacifico Beach Club, which offers the best beachfront lounging in town. Daily rates for adults are $25 per person, which is applied toward food and drink. The Pacifico resort itself is located several blocks from the beach, but a shuttle is available to take guests to the Beach Club, which has two beautiful infinity pools, fine dining, a well-stocked bar and of course a beach.

How do damage deposits work?
