Con questi mezzi si raggiungono in una decina di minuti la metropolitana ed il passante ferroviario. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono situati tutti i servizi necessari: bar-tabacchi, edicola, supermercato, panificio, farmacia, ufficio postale, banca, distributore carburanti. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al Gucci Hub, al Fabrique, agli studi di produzione televisivi di via Mecenate, alla sede Sky, al Centro Cardiologico Monzino ed alla Fiera di Novegro, tutti luoghi raggiungibili in cinque minuti.
Dormirete in un nuovissimo divano letto. Accogliendo le richieste dei nostri clienti, abbiamo dotato il divano letto di un materasso del tipo da letto normale, molto più confortevole del materasso di un divano letto. Con questo materasso il divano letto non è richiudibile.

Very close to the Linate Airport; the area is served by public transport: the house pass two bus lines and a tramway that leads directly into the city center in 25 minutes. By this means you can reach in ten minutes the subway and commuter train. In the immediate vicinity are located all the necessary services: supermarket open on Sundays, bar-tobacco, newsagents, bakery, pharmacy, post office, bank, petrol station, hairdresser for men and women, and beauty shop. The accommodation is very close to the Fabrique, the Gucci Hub, the production studios of Television of Via Mecenate, the Sky headquarter, the Monzino Cardiology Center and fairgrounds Novegro, all reachable in five minutes.
Our guests will receive a warm and discreet, respecting the needs of a traveler.
Your sleep will be provided by a brand new sofa bed. Accepting the demands of all our customers, we have equipped the sofa bed for a type of normal bed mattress, much more comfortable than a sleeper sofa mattress. With this mattress the sofa bed is not resealable. In addition to welcoming two adults you can arrange to accommodate a child.
